  • Communicate with you about your treatment plans and appointments

  • Healthcare professionals, as necessary for your treatment
  • Third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, under strict confidentiality agreements

We implement physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect.
